HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT AT THE LEVEL OF A SINGLE-SPECIALITY PUBLIC HOSPITAL
Abstract:
Human resources management is essential for increasing the performance of organizations in the public or private medical sector. Improving human resources management at the level of secondary care medical units requires the development of effective strategies from recruitment and selection of personnel from the foreign markets to maintaining the existing staff and their continuous improvement. Human resources management in the studied organization aims at improving the quality of patient care and thus increasing patients’ satisfaction during hospitalization
