Use of copyright material

For any tables, figures, illustrations, photographs etc. published elsewhere, written consent for re-publication must be obtained by the author, from the copyright holder and the author(s) of the original article

Ethical considerations

For the prospective, experimental studies, involving human subjects or animals, the consent of the ethics committee of the institution which approved the study will be enclosed.

Regarding the images containing human faces, a black strip will be placed on the eyes of the patient, in order to prevent his/her identification. The name of the patients will be abbreviated with his/her initials only.

Authors are encouraged to study the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki regarding the ethical principles in all medical research.

Authors are responsible for adhering to guidelines on good publication practice.
